"Dear Richard, I wanted to thank you sincerely for renting out our property within a week after we signed our rental property over to you to manage. I was getting very concerned with our last agent who after a month of listing the property and running inspections did not receive any offers. I was concerned the rental manager was delegating her younger reps to manage the inspection and there was no pro active feedback as to why the property was not renting. I was also concerned they were using outdated photos to promote the property. I took it upon myself one Sunday night to search for you on Google, and I am glad I did.
