Recommended Trades People
In the advent that maintenance is required on your property during your tenancy you must first contact our office to report it.
If the nature of the maintenance is non urgent then you must complete a maintenance request form and either email, post or drop it in to your property manager.
Maintenance request forms can be located under Maintenance Request Forms.
If however the issue is an urgent one please telephone your property manager immediately and report it. Should this happen out of normal business hours you are authorized to contact the following tradesperson.
It should be noted that if there is a call out of a contractor and it is not deemed to be an urgent repair, then you maybe liable for the payment of the invoice.
